Scout Master's Minute:
I the Scout Master am committed to every youth receiving an equal opportunity in scouting and achieving to their highest potential. Scouts will be Strengthened through the ideals of Scouting. Scouts will be Encouraged by one another through the demonstration of Scout Spirit. Scouts will Build on the skill and ideals of Scouting to eventually earn the rank of Eagle Scout. The Eagle Scout is the highest rank in Scouting and is as important as a student earning a degree.
